My Story

I’m the kid that always wondered ‘What if?’.

My imagination was my primary source of entertainment. Fueled by the books and films of my childhood, I continued dreaming up new adventures. Acting them out, writing them down and hamming them up whenever I found a willing audience (thanks Mom & Dad).

The storytelling continued, it just wasn’t as obvious when, decades ago, I accidentally started a career in technology.

Back then, data was considered boring and beige. Who knew it would become the best (or worst) thing since sliced bread? I grew to support the business intelligence of global marketplace leaders, hypergrowth companies and organizations in transition.

Business intelligence asks what story does the data tells us about the health of an organization.

Throughout this time my expertise grew in change management, business communication and leadership.

Since those early days, my roles expanded to include professor, facilitator and columnist.

More storytelling.

Developing communications, designing education materials and speaking to the various communities and industries I’ve served have been constant as my career evolved.   As a public speaker, I intertwine storytelling with the precision analytics to uncover insights for audiences facing pivotal transitions. I fearlessly ask ‘what if?’ to uncover and address hidden risks within organizations, as a facilitator and advisor. With every new opportunity, my goals remain unchanged:
