Glendalynn Dixon is a recognized leader & change catalyst in the London technology community. “But that’s the way we’ve always done things” is her call to action.  She establishes new & transformative teams to drive success & counter the accepted business-as-usual approach.  Her experience includes organizations undergoing global mergers, hyper-growth companies & emerging innovators.

Throughout the past decade, Glendalynn built up diverse technology teams, led large scale projects & has been a trusted advisor.  As the only woman in the room, she challenged the status quo, demonstrating a different perspective to team development & was a vocal proponent of a more inclusive approach to recruitment.

Discovering her career compass was broken; that she had been climbing a corporate ladder against her sense of purpose, Glendalynn realized her dream of working for herself.

She now leverages her leadership experience in data, diversity & people management; combining it with her natural inclination to rebel against preconceived notions.  The result is an exciting advisory approach built upon practical experience, delivered with passion & fueled with inspiration.
